About Dr. Bee
Dr. Shikha Bhattacharyya — known as Dr. Bee — grew up with a deep curiosity about human health. After earning a Bachelor of Pharmacy in India, followed by an M.Tech and PhD, she spent years working as a pharmacist and watching chronic disease rates climb despite advances in medicine.
The question that wouldn't leave her alone: what are we missing?
The answer was hiding in plain sight — in the products people use every day before breakfast. Toothpaste. Shampoo. Coffee cups. Cleaning sprays. The cumulative chemical exposures that most health advice completely ignores.
That realization changed everything about how she practices and teaches health.

Why does she do this work
A whole-person approach to health
Dr. Bee believes that true wellness requires looking at the whole picture. Nutrition, movement, and supplementation matter deeply — and she brings real expertise to all of them. She teaches cooking classes, runs community gardens, and has extensive knowledge in supplements, homeopathy, and natural remedies.
But she also knows that even the healthiest lifestyle can be quietly undermined by the toxins in everyday products — forever chemicals, microplastics, endocrine disruptors, and carcinogens that accumulate in the body over time.
Her talks bring these two worlds together: building health from the inside out, while reducing the toxic load coming in from the outside.
